As a Key Account Manager at Stuart, you won't just manage accounts – you'll be a driving force behind our expansion in the dynamic Grocery vertical... Imagine being the architect of strategic relationships with some of the most iconic brands on the high street. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Account Management for the UK.
You will create, manage and implement growth strategies for your key Grocery accounts.
You will set and agree on growth targets for your clients and align these targets with the strategy of the Grocery vertical.
You will ensure that your key accounts are satisfied by communicating and project managing their needs effectively to internal stakeholders and influencing action.
You will identify churn risks within your portfolio and implement action plans to mitigate.
consulting experience; or project management experience.
• Experience of managing and/or supporting on projects involving multiple stakeholders from different teams.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and proven problem-solving skills, using data to inform decisions; familiarity with Tableau and Excel required.
• You are comfortable in using Microsoft Office / Google to create presentations and conduct analysis.
