We are currently looking for a Finance Analyst to be based at our Manchester HO, looking after our Karen Millen brand. You'll be responsible for producing analysis and providing insight.

What you'll be doing
Assist with production of daily EBITDA reporting, with attention to detail on all metrics of the P&L to ensure maximum accuracy
Assist with the collation of weekly analysis on performance, with a particular focus on financial performance. Use this analysis to identify and highlight key weekly trends and recommendations to be communicated to stakeholders
Support Head of Finance in preparation of annual Budget and weekly / monthly / quarterly re-forecasts
Build relationships with non-finance staff, assisting them with analysis to support strategic business decisions
Pro-actively work with Marketing to understand marketing channel performance and identify potential risks or opportunities to business growth
Own marketing spend tracker to ensure latest actuals and forecast are in line with expectation
Assist in monthly headcount reporting, with regular interaction with HR business partner
Fully understand cost base and identify potential efficiency opportunities
Contribution to weekly and ad hoc trading analysis including product, carriage & margin, variable costs, as required
Assist Head of Finance with scenario planning / proposals in line with business growth strategies (new markets, wholesale)
Review of monthly Management accounts and highlight key variances to latest forecast

More about you
Ideally Part Qualified (c.1 year remaining) CIMA/ACCA/ACA/ICAS
Beneficial to have Retail/FMCG experience
Experience with Google Analytics, Qlikview, other BI tools (preferred)
Experience with Marketing Performance Appraisal (preferred)
Comfortable liaising with senior business stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate and present data to produce meaningful information
Experience of working with large scale volumes of data and data modelling
Strong Excel Skills (required) / SQL (preferred)
