Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and industry insights.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the product roadmap based on user needs and business goals.
- Work closely with product managers to define and document product requirements and specifications.
- Assist in coordinating and communicating with design, engineering, and data science teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Conduct user testing and research to gather insights and validate product features.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support product managers in various tasks related to product planning, development, and launch.
- Support and design with the UI/UX team as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a product management role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of product management methodologies and processes.
- A passion for financial technology and the ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with AI-driven products and technologies
- Experience with UX/UI Design (including wire framing, prototyping with Figma
