Role Overview:
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our renowned Kettle Crisps brand. Collaborating closely with the Head of Brands and leading a dedicated team, you will spearhead the strategic direction and execution of our brand plans, aiming for sustained growth and market dominance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term strategy to propel the brand forward, prioritizing growth opportunities within the crisp/snack market.
Marketing Mastery: Lead all facets of the marketing mix, from groundbreaking product innovations to impactful communication strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and consumer insights.
Commercial Leadership: Take ownership of the commercial performance of our brand portfolio, optimizing sales, profit margins, and marketing investments.
Talent Development: Cultivate a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement within your team, nurturing talent and driving marketing effectiveness to new heights.
Relationship Building: Forge strong collaborative relationships across departments and with external partners, facilitating seamless execution and mutual success.
Qualifications and Experience:
5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the snack / crisp industry or FMCG sector.
Demonstrated success in brand management, including the orchestration of innovative product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong leadership acumen with a proven track record of leading diverse teams to deliver exceptional results.
Proficiency in market research methodologies and adeptness in managing brand P&L.
