As our Site Hygiene Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in championing hygiene excellence across our site. Your mission? Lead, educate, and inspire our hygiene and operational teams to consistently raise the bar. You'll drive continuous improvement, ensuring our processes and standards not only meet but exceed expectations.
Leadership and Management: Provide clear direction and support to our hygiene and operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Standards and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to customer policies, industry codes of practice, and external certifications, while spearheading hygiene schedules and procedures.
Quality Systems and KPIs: Drive accountability through effective measurement and reporting against key performance indicators, evolving our hygiene procedures in line with industry advances.
Customer Focus: Collaborate closely with our Technical and QA teams to ensure seamless hygiene-related activities during customer visits and audits, ensuring a stellar outcome every time.
Learning and Development: Take pride in nurturing talent within our team, identifying training needs and crafting development programs to elevate skills and capabilities.
Qualifications and Knowledge: With a minimum of 7 years' experience in FMCG or similar environments, including at least 5 years in supervisory roles, you bring a wealth of expertise to the table.
