In the role of Engineering Asset Care Manager, you will assume a pivotal position responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of our systems, plants, and equipment. From implementing predictive maintenance strategies to overseeing troubleshooting efforts, your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our production efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain planned and predictive maintenance programs
- Manage our CMMS and work request systems with precision and diligence
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and manage PPM schedules
- Communicate maintenance plans effectively across departments
- Champion condition-based maintenance initiatives for enhanced reliability
- Analyze maintenance records and reports to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- A comprehensive background in engineering, ideally supported by a full-time served apprenticeship
- Proficiency in CMMS management, with preference given to experience with Holistech
- Demonstrated expertise in engineering and project management roles
- Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office applications
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail
