Job Description
Part-time: 13 hours per week (8.30-3pm Thursday & Friday)
Are you ready to be the friendly face of our company? We're seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Receptionist.
As our Receptionist, you'll be at the forefront of our business, handling a variety of essential tasks, including:
- Answering the switchboard and directing calls to the appropriate departments
- Dealing with general enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Welcoming all visitors with warmth and hospitality
- Providing valuable administrative support to various departments within the company
Qualifications
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a knack for making people feel valued and welcomed
- Previous experience in handling visitors with professionalism
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with colleagues and visitors alike
- Comfortable with numbers / basic numerical tasks
- Prior experience operating a switchboard is preferred
