Join Our Team as a Health and Safety Manager at Valeo Foods UK!

Your Role: Reporting to the Site General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing effective Health, Safety, and Environmental management across our Pontefract and Cleckheaton sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Analysing data and preparing HSE reports
- Providing advice and support on HSE issues
- Participating in inspections, audits, and incident investigations
- Supporting the identification of root causes and non-conformance closeouts
- Sharing best practices and promoting a safety culture
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- NEBOSH diploma or NVQ L5 Occupational Health & Safety (or studying towards)
- Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and expertise in manufacturing operations
- Ability to influence cross-functional working and drive change
