Requirements
As our chosen Maintenance Technician, every day you will complete daily light maintenance, janitorial, plumbing, and electrical duties at the property. Mow lawns and maintain landscaping in common areas. Complete work orders within 24 hours and follow a preventative maintenance schedule. Secure, repair and maintain any equipment owned by the manufactured home communities. Big Valley Woods (229 Spaces 68 RV Spaces) is a beautiful manufactured home/RV community in Boring, OR and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician!
To thrive in this role:
Have at least one year of property maintenance experience
Ability to use hand tools as necessary
Have the ability to Lift and carry up to 60lbs. unassisted
Work efficiently under minimum supervision
Promote positive, proactive resident relations
Capable of working weekends as needed
