Requirements
As our chosen Community Manager, every day you will help people lease their dream home, supervise and support property staff, enforce property rules, conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Wayzata Woods (107 units) is a beautiful conventional apartment community in Wayzata, MN and we want YOU to be our leader!
To thrive in this role:
Have at least 2 years of experience working as a Community Manager and leading a team
Prior experience with processing accounts payable, PO's, IR's, understanding budgets and variance reports
Flexibility to work on Saturday's if occupancy drops below 95%
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Make prompt decisions under pressure
Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property
Bonus Skills
Yardi, CRM or Rent Max experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
