The Role
We are expanding our Trading/Ledger team within Arta to support new use cases as well as expand support for existing functionality. We are looking for a senior engineer who has the ability to design and implement key features across this system.
What you will do

Engineer Robust Trading Systems: Develop and enhance trading platforms that operate across a diverse array of financial products. Your work will directly support trading activities across a variety of financial products.
Optimize Fund Movements: Play a critical role in refining the infrastructure that manages fund flows within Arta. Your solutions will ensure seamless and secure transactions, vital for our operational integrity and financial health.
Expand Financial Product Integration: Enhance our platform's capabilities by integrating a broad spectrum of financial instruments. This task involves not only extending our existing representations but also innovating ways to accommodate emerging financial products.
Advance System Scalability and Correctness: Take initiative in identifying and implementing improvements to both the scalability and accuracy of our automated trading systems. Collaborate with peers to drive changes that fortify system robustness, preparing our platforms to handle millions of transactions flawlessly.
Leverage Cutting-edge AI in Trading: Work closely with our research teams to integrate the latest AI advancements into our trading algorithms. This collaboration aims to continually evolve our state-of-the-art investment platform, setting new industry benchmarks in automated trading.

Who you are
Hands on experience in developing cloud services with AWS, Azure or GCP
Deep expertise with relational as well as no-sql databases
You have 10+ years of experience as a software engineer
You have experience in Python, C++, Web Services
You must be authorized to work in the United States
You are based in the United States or Canada, or you have a plan to relocate
You are able to visit the Mountain View office when needed
