We are looking to hire an experienced programme manager to support the Finance Business Partnering and Pricing Economics teams with key processes and alignment between various projects and their collective impact on ensuring we are growing sustainably and enabling stakeholders across Wise to manage their costs, investments and economics of their products.
Your mission:
Supporting the Finance Business Partnering with managing risks, opportunities, savings and overruns for each departmental budget to ensure financial objectives are achieved
Supporting the Pricing Economics Team with the product economics reporting process by coordinating insights across cost and product owners and ensuring cost allocation models have specific plans to improve accuracy and reliability
Ensuring there is alignment between various projects and their collective impact on Wise’s sustainability objective and where relevant collaborating with senior leaders to achieve this
Driving key internal process including coordinating our annual and monthly rolling forecast process, tracking KPIs and the quarterly planning process
Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing or recommending improvement activities wherever necessary
Ensuring the regular delivery of projects and products in accordance with Agile or any other applicable methodologies and where relevant removing obstacles and other complications

A bit about you:
Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across multiple teams, offices, time-zones with flexibility and a can do attitude.
Financial management expertise, overseeing budgeting and forecasting cycles, and ensuring costs are accurately tracked and effectively controlled; bonus points for a working knowledge of Anaplan and Workday
Excellent programme management skills, familiar with all modern practices & frameworks including process management and ability to cut through complexity and operate to defined timelines
Open minded to take the best out of any practices and apply it to Wise Ways of Working; bonus points for Atlassian Mastership (Jira, Confluence)
Love digging in data, numbers, thinking systematically, and analysing inter-dependencies.
Strong communicator: articulate, clear, strategic – with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Keen to roll up sleeves and get the job done, we all do our own operational work still.
Humble, comfortable operating with a level of uncertainty, keen to learn. Firm and forceful when required.
