Job Description
As an IT Support Technician at Wise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Internal IT systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the IT support field.
As an Experienced IT Support Technician at Wise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Internal IT systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in the IT support field.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support and troubleshooting for both Windows and Apple environments.
Manage endpoint support, including expertise in Jamf and Intune.
Collaborate with support and engineering teams on large-scale projects to ensure successful implementation.
Possess extensive knowledge of maintaining and supporting wiser systems, with the ability to restore them to full functionality.
Mentor and train colleagues, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
Document work thoroughly and create guides for fellow technicians and customers.
Ensure high-quality ticket management and understand the importance of efficient issue tracking.
Automating certain tickets and issues
Qualifications:
Experience in an IT Support Role
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Apple operating systems.
Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools such as Jamf and Intune.
Track record of successful collaboration on large-scale IT projects.
Strong mentoring and training skills.
Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to create guides and manuals.
Experience with Jira/Atlassian or similar project management tools.
Nice to have experience in bash and PowerShell scripting
What do we offer:
Starting salary: £38,500-£45,000 + RSU
