Key Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise in Action:
- Execute flawless installations, start-ups, and commissioning of HORIBA products.
- Provide in-house repairs for defective customer equipment.
- Customer Support and Collaboration:
- Assist customers and internal HORIBA departments with technical questions and Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
- Detailed Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive Field Service Reports for invoicing, warranty claims, and policy.
- Provide redlined drawings detailing field changes.
- Quality Assurance and Validation:
- Create Acceptance Documents and Procedures to validate design specifications.
Desired Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge/experience. - Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
