Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the FWRD Personal Shopping Assistant role:

This is a full-time role for a candidate who is looking to work in online luxury personal shopping. This position will assist with the daily operations of the FWRD Preferred Personal Shopping department. The chosen candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills looking to join a growing personal shopping team. 

 

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • As an Assistant Personal Shopper Coordinator and Project Manager, you will assist Personal Shoppers in daily tasks while developing strong synergistic relationships with a multitude of teams and personnel.
  • Coordinate and create biweekly PreShops for our high value customers.
  • Coordinate, create and update inventory for our early access sale pages.
  • Organize and create Special Orders pages, working closely with personal shoppers on assortment and working closely with the buying team and/or vendors directly to get all necessary information and images.
  • Assist Personal Shoppers with Affiliate Stylists.
  • Perform some administrative tasks including: updating various logs, inventory management, reporting, presentations, sales recaps, managing UPS/Fedex labels and support, etc.
  • Working with other departments to find merchandise needed for orders.
  • Provide support with all personal shopping program initiatives, such as client gifting.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure private shopping processes and reporting are facilitated.
  • Coordinate communication with the team around loyalty, special launches and promotions.
  • Assisting in developing and improving processes for any aspect that involves or impacts PS.
  • Enjoys a varied role within a dynamic and fast paced team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate logical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to get the job done.
  • Act as point of contact in absence of any of the Personal Shoppers.


Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Experience within luxury fashion including extensive knowledge of the current fashion trends
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships 
  • Confident, with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal skills
  • Desire to learn and work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent eye for detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter & confident decision-maker, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive in identifying new opportunities and areas for improvement


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Luxury retail sales or customer facing experience (1-2 years minimum)
  • Proficient in Gmail
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in Photoshop
  • Proficient in Powerpoint
  • Excellent written skills, including spelling and grammar

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $19.00/hr- $23.00/hr.
