Job Descrption
As an Engagement & Delivery Analyst, you will perform data analysis to identify customer insights, patterns, and trends and to validate data and conclusions of data in support of our RightFind client base and prepare and present results to clients.
Additionally, The Engagement & Delivery Analyst acts as a RightFind Business Intelligence product subject matter expert. You will perform business intelligence analysis and reporting in support of key client needs.
What you will be doing:
Compiles operations reviews, document delivery and internal subscription and turnaround time reports, salesforce customer service analytics, sunshine act reports and data and SLA reports for Client Engagement
Analysis of reports data to relay insight, patterns, and trends and to validate data and conclusions of data for Client Engagement Managers
Maintain configuration and documentation of assigned business intelligence accounts. Interacts effectively with customer's key contacts to service, support, and present findings and analysis while building trust and improving client relationships.
Develop export formats, presentation templates, and documents processes in support of data reports and presentations
Identify, implement and support integrations with Power BI reporting capabilities to increase the scope of the Business Intelligence products
Provide Ad Hoc, customized client reporting and analysis upon request to support the Business Intelligence program and the Client Engagement team
Collaborate directly with the Client Engagement team to understand client needs through the application of robust data analysis, effectively manage key clients through delivery of business analytics and content management offerings
Create reports and dashboards in Power BI for client engagement managers and client engagement team
Automate operational reviews in Excel and Power BI to make data readily available
Work with other team members on data reporting example client retention, client loss, survey analysis
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in informatics, mathematics, analytics or related field
4+ years of experience extracting and manipulating data from complex and diverse systems, including direct involvement with large, highly structured database systems and applications.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an academic or business environment, including customer facing responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (internal and external), presentation, and problem-solving skills
Experience presenting analytics results to internal and external stakeholders
Advanced Excel analytics skills and proficient with Power BI analytics and visualization
Highly experienced working with data and related reporting tools and techniques, performing analysis for internal and external stakeholders
Ability to write advanced SQL queries
