Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Master’s degree with at least 8 years or Bachelor’s Degree with at least 12 years of experience in a technical environment with at least 8 years supervisory experience managing projects or programs of similar scope and size either for the Government or on behalf of a Government client.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Capability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Possess and maintain all required training and certifications.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
Possess and maintain a Secret Clearance throughout the life of the contract.
Work Environment:
Work is conducted on Fort Benning, GA. Schedule does include recognized Federal Holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings. Overtime will not be authorized. The Program Manager must be available from 700-1700.

Travel:
Travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) to support tasks and requirements may be required.
