Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Wastewater Lift Station Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Meridian, MS. - Supervision: Oversee and lead a team of maintenance technicians in the daily operations and maintenance of wastewater lift stations.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of lift stations to identify potential issues and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Scheduled Maintenance: Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities, including pump and motor inspections, lubrication, and equipment replacements.
- Emergency Response: Coordinate and lead the team in responding to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or lift station malfunctions, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Generate reports for management on the condition and performance of lift stations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in wastewater management or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in wastewater lift station maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of wastewater lift station equipment, pumps, and control systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices for lift station components.

Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance team.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate activities and communicate with team members.
- Problem-solving Skills: Ability to quickly analyze and address issues related to lift station malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime.
