Description

At Samsung Cambridge Solution Centre, we develop world-leading Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity chips that are utilised in millions of devices worldwide.  

We are looking for a Graduate to join our Wi-Fi Radio Firmware team on 09 September 2024.  The Radio Firmware team develops embedded software to control and optimise Wi-Fi radio performance on our connectivity chips. You will gain an understanding of the design, development and maintenance of our test automation process and exposure to develop new tools to debug with different test equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Build new radio test setups and learn about calibrating the setup for RF testing
• Understand, Develop, test and maintain the radio test framework and scripts
• Execute tests, generate and analyse radio performance charts/reports 
• Write new tools in python and integrate test framework with Jenkins

Skills and Experience

Skills and experience that you'll need: 

• Good Python/Shell programming skills
• Passion for automation test development and maintenance
• Strong interest to learn Radio concepts
• Linux expertise/SQL database programming skills
• Effective team player with good communication skills
