We are seeking talented, innovative individuals to join our Treasury team in Tysons Corner, VA (metro Washington, DC area).
Key Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:Reporting to the Controller, the Treasury Analyst will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the treasury function. This is an opportunity to solidify your skills and gain broader experience.
Monitor daily margin run activities and research, prioritize, and resolve margin-related issues
Execute and record daily investments while ensuring Company compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations, including investigation of any identified discrepancies and proposal for correction
Prepare, record and monitor ACHs, wires, deposits and other cash transactions
Support monthly and year-end accounting and treasury close processes
Support external and internal audit requests and inquiries
Support testing and implementation of internal controls
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills / Abilities:
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
Adaptable and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Able to operate effectively in both a team environment and working independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Technology savvy with demonstrated ability to learn systems and processes quickly
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a closely related field
No prior experience required
Location:
Position will be in-office 2-3 days per week
