The Account Executive role holds responsibility managing their on client base for renewing the membership of the SafeContractor client base via telephone and e-mail, always providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring our clients are receiving maximum value from the SafeContractor membership.
What that means day to day
Consult with customer base over phone predominantly, both inbound and outbound, to existing contractors to renew their membership of the Safecontractor product, working to productivity expectations, milestones, and KPI’s set.
Take a consultative approach to overcome any concerns/objections from existing members.
Encourage customers to purchase additional SafeContractor and Alcumus products after establishing need (cross-sell and upsell targets).
Ensure CRM is kept up to date with correct information relating to the contractor.
Recommend new ideas and methods of working to ensure that a high conversion rate of contractors renewing the membership is attained.
Contribute to group coaching sessions and discussion with an objective and progressive mindset.
Apply a tactical and methodical approach to effectively manage your sales pipeline.
Work to a daily productivity plan focused on key customer milestones and churn risks, ensuring your customer retention rates are progressing aligned to team expectations.
Compose professional and compelling email communication to engage members.
Respond effectively to contractor queries regarding the membership, including basic risk management requirements, and membership perks are promoted.
Achieve individual and team KPI’s
What you’ll need to be successful
To be successful in this role, you will require telesales, objection handling and customer service experience. You will need to be able to articulate and deliver an effective sales process. You will have demonstrable successes in a sales/retention role, working to revenue and KPI targets. You will need to be highly organised to ensure each client is effectively communicated with in a timely manner. You will need to be creative, dynamic and enthusiastic!
You will need to posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive outlook to work, with the ability to work under pressure. You will be able to work effectively within a team - supporting colleagues where required. You will need to be competent with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
