As a Professional Development Manager at ISOQAR, you'll be the ultimate ISOQAR product champion and be responsible for driving improvements in performance, productivity and quality of work through the delivery of key L&D initiatives. Overseeing the creation and delivery of key L&D initiatives for field and office based teams and managing the Academy department, this is a role offering plenty of variety.

What that means day to day
- Design, develop and deliver a divisional onboarding programme for ISOQAR new starters, ensuring a consistency in approach and regular monitoring to Auditor training to ensure a robust training process is in place.
- Facilitate the needs of the FT295 training plan of new Auditors to ensure a consistent training approach is adopted and delivered.
- Collaborate with wider teams in the design, creation and delivery of blended training material that meets business needs and is suitable for classroom-based training, remote delivery and online courses.
- Partnering with the ISOQAR Senior Management Team to agree priorities and support with training and development plans for teams.
- Line management responsibility for the Academy department to include Academy Trainers and Academy Coordinators.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the training process and time to improve efficiency without compromising on knowledge and understanding.
What you’ll need to be successful
You'll have previous experience working within an L&D setting, will be highly familiar with using and managing LMS platforms and possess a solid foundation of knowledge of different teaching and learning techniques. You'll also have experience of delivering training through a variety of workshops, group exercises and individual training sessions.
Other experience required includes:
- Experience of managing KPI reporting and utilising data and insight to drive effective decision making and improvements.
- Team Management experience with the ability to effectively prioritise team workload, manage 1:1s, setting targets and performance management.
- Knowledge of the Certification industry.
