As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing, coaching and developing a team of phone based new business sales executives. Working to monthly targets, you'll ensure that the team are set up for success to achieve our ambitious year on year growth goals!

- Assign and manage campaign data to the team
- Conduct tests to boost conversion rates and implement actionable insights
- Monitor sales, analyse key metrics like conversion by person / channel and deliver daily performance reports to the Head of Inside Sales.
- Provide training, call auditing and coaching support to improve sales performance and seek the support of the L&S team where specific training needs are required.
- Ensure adherence to our prospect contact strategy and associated CRM processes.
What you’ll need to be successful
Joining a leadership role at Alcumus, you'll be someone who will naturally exude our values and encourage your teams and set them up to be as successful as possible. You'll join us with experience in a leadership role prior, specifically in a phone based new business environment, with an excellent understanding of new business sales processes,
Setting and working to targets won't be new for you, and you'll have an existing toolbox which will enable you to get the most of your team. Prior experience of delivering training across areas such as negotiation and objection handling are key, as well as the ability to conduct 121s, manage performance and day to day coaching.
