Description
We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. What you will be doing
Accounts Payable
Review bills which have been pre-loaded into our ERP system for accuracy, correct any data quality issues and ensure expenses are allocated to the correct GL account and department.
Follow up on approvals with stakeholders across the business.
Review employee expense claims to ensure data has been entered correctly and appropriate receipts have been included.
Accounts Receivable
Issue invoices to customers.
Manage our Accounts Receivable tool, which automates standardized reminders to customers.
Communicate with customers directly on topics related to vendor setup and collection of overdue balances.
Work in close collaboration with the Customer Success team on the collection of overdue balances from their customers.
Process improvements & reporting
Identify opportunities for further streamlining of our processes and take ownership of small projects to facilitate this.
Report on KPIs relevant to the AR & AP cycle.

Adopt a ‘finance as an enabler’ mindset, working to make the lives of the wider Xeneta team easier.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal understanding with awareness of cultural differences within the team and the company overall.
Your Profile and Experience
Experience with similar roles and tasks from a full-time role or part-time during studies.
Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (Netsuite).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Structured with good time management skill, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
