Job Description
As a Project Manager (m/f/d) you will:
- Lead customer and internal development projects delivering injection devices from project initiation to launch
- Lateral leadership of your cross-functional and multi-location project teams including managing the customers` side of the team
- Report project metrics, controlling scope, time and budget on regular basis
- Present the project status to customers worldwide as well as to Haselmeier leadership team
- Close cooperation throughout entire Haselmeier organization including supply chain, operations, sales
Qualifications

- Clearly communicate internally as well as to customers
- Have a profound understanding of project management, working in a comparable role for minimum 3 years
- Feel comfortable to work in a highly regulated environment, preferable having worked in MedTech or Pharma environment before
- Accept the challenge of complexity
- Speak and write fluent English, other languages are a plus
