About the Role
As an Operations Analyst, you will be a key player in optimising our Fintech operations. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes. You will be responsible for analysing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document existing operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Work closely with the Operations team to develop and implement process improvement initiatives
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise operational workflows
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of new operational policies and procedures
- Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational dashboards and reporting
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in operations management
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-4+ years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
