Job Description
Lars Christensen Orthodontics needs a new Practice Manager, due to the retirement of a long-serving and dedicated colleague. The position is full-time.

Previous experience as a practice manager is desirable but not essential. You will take the lead on personnel matters, staff training and the wellbeing of the team. You will need the leadership skills that ensure we meet our performance targets and professional obligations. You will be required to liaise with a range of organisations and be capable of effectively leading the team.
The ideal candidate will:
· Possess exceptional communication skills to liaise with patients and colleagues.
· Be capable of prioritising workload to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
· Be confident in the use and application of IT skills to solve problems.
