What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing general administrative support to Sales and Marketing
- Conducting conference research for our Sales and Marketing team
- Providing general administrative support for our Billing Systems Coordinator and our Administrative Assistants
- Performing administrative tasks in Vantagepoint
- Performing digital signage maintenance
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other Microsoft 365 products
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Deltek/Vantagepoint is a plus
