As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to drive our ecommerce business forward through strategic paid search, paid social, email, and SMS marketing initiatives. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in accelerating our ecommerce growth and client acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will span planning, executing, and optimizing all performance marketing activities to exceed our commercial targets. Key Responsibilities
Lead and enhance performance marketing initiatives, including paid search and targeted lower funnel paid social campaigns, to amplify e-commerce growth and optimize customer acquisition.
Strategically manage and scale advertising budgets to align with sales targets and customer acquisition objectives, focusing on maximizing both spend and efficiency.
Implement rigorous monitoring and optimization of campaign performance on a daily and weekly basis, with a strong emphasis on testing and data-driven adjustments to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key e-commerce platforms such as Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok to leverage emerging tools and trends for brand advantage.
Direct the email and SMS marketing programs, focusing on deepening customer engagement and driving revenue through optimized content and personalized communication strategies.
Champion innovative approaches and continual testing to enhance revenue productivity and customer personalization, ensuring a relentless focus on first-order profitability and bottom-line health.
Qualifications
BA degree in Marketing/Business or analytical emphasis.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Experience with Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc) and Paid Social (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc).
CRM (Email marketing, SMS Marketing) experience required, including client segmentation, and targeting strategies.
Experience with Sales Channels (Google Merchant Center, TikTok Shop, etc.) and Data Feeds (Go Data Feed, Feedonomics, etc)
Proficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, and other analytics platforms.
Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a focus on both conversions and efficiency.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and critical thinking abilities.
