We do that by helping each other deliver consistently outstanding work. We’re confident in our platform, market potential and we have big plans for the future which is why we are looking for another UX designer to join the team.
What’s the opportunity for a Senior UX Designer at Gearset?
Join our growing and experienced UX team, laser-focused on delighting our users
You’ll own & drive the full design process from discovery through to delivery: turning research insights into ideas, designing the workflows and UI for features, getting them shipped in product releases and monitoring their success

Work closely with engineering teams to ship projects that help address customer needs and add value to the Gearset platform

What you’ll achieve
Working with customers to understand their needs; you’ll plan & conduct generative product research to help discover needs and uncover points of friction
Iterating on ideas, with peers, to solve those needs; you’ll share & seek feedback on work with other designers, product managers and engineers
Prototyping solutions to validate their value with users; you’ll organise & lead evaluative research with engineering teams, focusing on target users
Collaborating with teams to get the right solution shipped on our platform; you’ll work with engineers to get features into the hands of our customers
Advocate and initiate new research, design and engineering work to improve shipped projects and to shape new projects
Support your peers in the UX team; pairing and reviewing work, actively providing feedback and helping the team mature and grow
