Job Descrption
We're looking for an experienced, proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team and help Gearset reach our ambitious growth plans over the next 6 months. We need an experienced recruiter to hit the ground running, helping us proactively find and hire exceptional people to join our team.
What’s the opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner at Gearset?
You will be joining our team of Talent Acquisition Partners and will recruit across a diverse range of job roles across the entire company.
You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand the skills, talent and roles we need to grow.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels. This involves conducting thorough screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Gearset
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Use metrics to track the effectiveness of the recruitment strategies and make suggestions for areas for improvement
What you’ll achieve
Be focussed to proactively source, identify and approach outstanding talent to join us
Think creatively and outside the box - so we are known by the best candidates within our industry for even the most hard to fill roles
Get to grips with the technical nature of the majority of Gearset candidates - connect and build relationships in a personalised way, so you are not just another recruiter filling their inbox
Be our brand ambassador - getting candidates excited and motivated to apply, explaining our product, company values and what it is like to work at Gearset
Own the candidate experience - you will be passionate about ensuring that every candidate gets the best experience at every stage of the process with us
Screen candidates effectively to find out if they’ll be a good fit for our team before passing them on for interview to keep our pipeline efficient
Analyse, track and report on your hiring pipeline and interviewing process - to ensure we deliver on our hiring goals and SLAs
Proactively identify opportunities for improvements early on and take ownership to work with your hiring managers and the People team to deliver these results
Train and up-skill our hiring managers to constantly improve and strengthen our recruitment process and ensure we maintain our high hiring standards to recruit the best people
About you
Experience in talent acquisition - headhunting, sourcing and proactively building a pipeline of talent, thinking outside of the box
Experience working in a fast paced start-up environment or fast growing company
A track record of recruiting across all level roles - entry through to senior leadership - in a tech environment, and have hired technical roles
A mix of agency and in-house experience is highly desirable
Great to haves
Experience of using Lever ATS
Salary and benefits (the stuff you’d expect!)
Salary is between £40k - £60k (depending on experience)
