ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re on the hunt for an experienced communications consultant at Account Director level to join our growing corporate reputation team and work on some of the world’s biggest and best loved brands.
Candidates will need to be intellectually curious, politically aware, compelling storytellers, have an understanding of the complex stakeholder environment and passionate about business doing good.
Ideally, you will have worked in a busy agency environment with a strong understanding of agency processes and people management but we are also keen to hear from people with different backgrounds but brilliant aptitude for problem solving.
Other requirements are:
Client experience and sector expertise within FMCG, Food and Drink, Retail
An understanding of the ESG landscape and the ability to provide client counsel
Leadership communications, strong writing skills, developing strategic plans and internal comms
Issues and crisis experience
Confidence in providing fast advice and counsel to clients and stakeholders at all levels
An interest and ability to make and hold strong personal relationships with clients, media contacts and colleagues
Able to manage large and busy teams and with an interest in line management and people development.
The client mix will be diverse and rewarding and suit somebody passionate about Purpose, Diversity and Inclusion and Sustainability. We welcome anybody from in-house or with journalist experience as well as agency on a fast-track career path.
