TEAM & POSITION OVERVIEW: The Talent Acquisition Team is a strategic partner to the business, and responsible for the full recruiting cycle to support our hiring managers in the growth of Analytic Partners across all thirteen global offices as well as all remote hires. We are looking for a motivated Technical Talent Sourcer to support the growth of our Technical Product & Engineering Team! You will partner closely with Full Cycle Talent Acquisition professionals to figure out sourcing strategy for each position, and to actively source, attract, and help build a robust candidate pipeline. At times you will work independently and at times collaboratively with the broader Talent Acquisition team to overcome obstacles & challenges, solve problems, with the end goal of helping Analytic Partners continuously hire the best talent. YOU WILL OWN & COLLABORATE ON:Work closely with Talent Acquisition and take part in Kickoff Intake meetings to develop a deep understanding of the requirements for each role, the functions of the position, and how it fits within the organization, in order to take full ownership of achieving your pipeline You will be responsible for various channels to search and contact potential (active and passive) candidates via social networks (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stackoverflow, Boolean search, indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, Twitter, and niche recruiting sites to look for and connect with potential candidates)Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals through cold calling, emailing candidates, employee referrals, and other creative networkingLog candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databasesBring a great attitude while working in a cross-functionally team that is growing fast, highly technical, and within a global high growth environmentStrategize creative ways to build short-term and long-term talent pipelines, enhance referral generation, and online eventsExperience recruiting technical talent in competitive markets.Strong commitment to continuous improvement.Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.Educate and influence the business on the philosophy, approach, and best practices of candidate discoveryYou thrive in a supportive, collaborative team environment
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED:Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer and/or Sourcing Specialist, or similar role in an in-house environmentHands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRISFamiliarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databasesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneouslyTechnical orientation desired to help find candidates for engineering and highly technical and analytical roles.At least one year of experience sourcing for technical positions and of how to use direct sourcing channels - mustHigh-level expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing and automation tools, GitHub & Stack overflow, groups, and discussion forumsA high level of efficiency, independence, time-management skills, and the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneouslyPassion for sourcing and a “can do” attitudeSuccessful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, or both
