Responsibilities
- Responsible to initiate same store Medicare growth through the management and support of the sales personnel.
- Maintain individual territory in addition to all Sales duties management duties.
- Perform individual sales duties at the highest levels and should display professional behavior both externally and internally.
- Implementation of all new clinical programs in their territory.
- Participation in sales training, sales and program development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Masters Degree preferred.
- At least three years experience in health care marketing management, preferably in home care operations.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
- Knowledge of corporate business management.
- Demonstrates good communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
