Energy Solutions is currently seeking a passionate, experienced, and driven Quality Control Intern for our Information Systems (IS) team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within Iris, our in-house platform that supports programs across multiple departments. Iris is a complicated software built, maintained, and improved upon by our engineers. During this program, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of teams. This is a full-time position for 3 months, with the possibility to extend it to 4 months. We hope you will join us for a great learning experience!
This position is remote, but there is a possibility to work from our offices for a hybrid work environment in Oakland, CA, Orange, CA, Portland, Boston or New York City.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Running manual testing of our browser-based environmental programs
- Work closely with multiple members of the Quality Control team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with software quality testing
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to quickly understand a unique problem space
Salary DOE: $25 to $30/Hourly
