Primary Responsibilities:
- Audit employee time and data submitted by various departments.
- Process payroll in a multi-state corporate environment.
- Assist with balancing of payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
- Analyze and respond to inquiries from employees regarding payroll amounts, deductions, entitlement accruals, direct deposit, and other concerns.
- Processes garnishment and communicate garnishment information to all parties.
- Assist with Tax research and fillings.
- Pull various payroll reports from Dayforce.
- Knowledgeable with Benefits (pre/post tax) able to support HR as needed.
Qualifications:
- Garnishments and Payroll Administration skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of payroll taxes and accounting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Ceridian or other payroll systems is a plus
- Minimum of 2+ yrs payroll experience
