Litify is looking for a hands-on IT Operations Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for daily operations of our New York headquarters, including support of remote and in-person end users through our ticketing system, setting up AV for large company All Hands events, conference room support and office networking troubleshooting. As a qualified candidate, you should have a strong technical background, strong customer service experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to bring a can-do attitude to achieve specific goals.
This is an onsite position based out of our New York office with the requirement to work from the office 5 days a week.
You will:
Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantage in a global marketplace
Be onsite in our NYC office to nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that’s always up and running
Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements
Maintain and support Zoom Rooms and A/V hardware; provide technical A/V support for virtual and on-site events on a rotating basis
Assist in ensuring all IT assets are accurately assigned and managed using our Asset Management tools
Onboard new employees and orient them with Litify's systems, applications, and IT policies
Contribute to IT support documentation for internal team and employee use
Complete project-based work that contributes to our team’s objectives
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional IT or equivalent experience.
Experience in organizations with 100+ end users
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to assist our on-site and remote workforce
Experience with Okta, Kandji, Intune, G-Suite, Mimecast, 1Password, Zoom, Slack, Salesforce, Office 365 is a plus
Ability to install, upgrade, and maintain Mac and Windows hardware
Ability to configure an MDM to maintain mobile devices
Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and use a helpdesk ticketing system to uphold SLA’s
Strong focus on customer service and user experience
Willing to travel on occasion to other Litify sites and be flexible to support out of standard hours needs
Ability to troubleshoot in-office and remote network environment for end users (experience with Ubiquiti network hardware is a plus but not required)
Disclosure:
The estimated pay range for this role is $80,000-95,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
