Strategy & Operations Leader Manager
This is a hybrid role and will require you to be onsite in our Palo Alto office 2-3 days a week.
We are seeking a seasoned Strategy & Operations Leader Manager with 8-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally. A background in consulting is preferred, along with strong business acumen, analytical thinking and outstanding communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and internal performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analysis.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Lead and/or support special projects as assigned by senior management.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and streamline workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and measure success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Executive presence and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus among diverse teams.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
