As an Intelligence Analyst you are at the heart of uncovering and measuring the connections between consumer behavior and business objectives. Your work will impact not only the marketing of the brands we represent, but also their overall company.
During your engagement with a brand, you will gather and analyze information from multiple sources, understand the impact of brand actions on the value of a brand and develop recommendations to optimize brand impact. You will present recommendations to clients and collaborate with team members to implement those recommendations.

Responsibilities
As an Intelligence Analyst, you will work in a growing team, providing expertise and insights across our client base. You will work with teams across our agency to deliver customized implications for our clients.
You will support our business development efforts as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to growth efforts.
Intelligence analysts are staffed on clients and help create insights with client teams and projects through expert perspective on industry trends, consumer audiences and delivery of complex research and analysis of market information.
Building expertise across varied markets and industries by finding the best sources to develop intelligence across categories and competitors and provide key insights to internal teams and clients.
You will leverage multiple data sets to refine the consumer audience and understand their motivations and behaviors to develop a holistic definition of a brand’s true audience
You will engage your creativity as you develop measurement approaches and dashboards to communicate clearly and succinctly the impact of brand actions on the brand value

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, with 2+ years of relevant work experience
Fluency in English
Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, often virtual
Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment
Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
Framing, structuring and sharing intellectual property with the ability to write clearly and concisely
Strong oral and written communication skills, especially the ability to explain difficult concepts and opportunities in simple, applicable business terms.
Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas.
Experience with bringing data visualization and information design for more efficient analysis and interpretation.
Ability to use MS office software with proficiency and advanced skills in Sheets/Excel.
