We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of Element’s accounts payable and employee expense reports. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about contributing to the success of an evolving high volume accounts payable team. We are looking for candidates with a solid background in a global accounts payable environment. Experience working with NetSuite and Concur is strongly preferred.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices in NetSuite, ensuring their proper coding, tax classification and approval routing.
- Reconcile discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
- Review employee expense reports for compliance with Element policies.
- Follow up on past due expense reports to ensure their timely submission and processing.
- Upload monthly Concur activity to NetSuite in support of the financial close.
- Support and/or perform the issuance of Form 1099’s and similar tax documents.
- Effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the proper and timely resolution of issues and inquiries.
- Identify, provide input to and/or support improvements to systems and processes to drive efficiency and enhance effectiveness.
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree and/or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a global accounts payable environment.
- NetSuite and Concur proficiency strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- An attention to detail along with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and/or stand at a work station for long periods of time.
- Ability to move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.

Base Compensation Pay Range:
- $75,000 - $92,000
In addition to base compensation noted above, you will be eligible for stock options, discretionary annual bonus, no cost health insurance plans, 401k with company match, and flexible paid time off.
Please note: Base compensation will depend on multiple factors, including geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
