Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s Louisiana-based export projects will service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.
We are seeking a Specialist, Expense Compliance, to join our Shared Services team. This position will report to the Manager, Travel & Expense, Shared Services and be located in the Arlington, VA headquarters office.
Responsibilities:
- Process and review employee expense reports in Concur for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Monitor compliance with company policy and elevate issues as needed
- Provide training on Concur, guidance on company policy, and Concur expense reporting processes to employees
- Act as liaison for all employee inquiries regarding the corporate policy and reporting processes
- Liaise with travel management company as needed
- Perform ad-hoc Concur reporting and analysis to assist with identifying relevant trends in spend and management reporting
- Other duties as required and assigned
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous Concur related experience
- Strong experience using Concur Expense and Concur Travel applications a plus
- Excel proficiency a plus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to organize and plan work effectively to meet goals and objectives
- Strong oral and written communication skills
