What is this role? 

As the Email Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat purchases through strategic email & SMS campaigns/automations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, brand voice, and analytics to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and contribute to the growth of our business. 

What does an average day look like? 

Driving Results: Optimize lifecycle flows with the goal of increasing engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.

Taking Ownership: Measure and report on trends in email performance and share insights.  QA of email sends for appearance, design, copy, functionality, and tracking.

Making Decisions: Develop and maintain a comprehensive monthly email calendar, incorporating relevant product launches, seasonal themes, and sales events.

Cultivating Relationships: Foster strong cross-departmental relationships to facilitate seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader business objectives.

Instilling Trust: Maintain email & SMS development process working closely with the Brand Voice and Creative Teams

Customer Focus: Define and manage customer segmentation, executing targeted email campaigns tailored to specific audience segments.

What background should you have? 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in DTC email marketing.
  • Strong familiarity with ESPs - Klaviyo a bonus.
  • Knowledge of HTML for email.
  • Knowledge of event architecture and triggered flow logic.
  • Ability to analyze raw data exports in excel.
  • Strong commitment to rapid experimentation and growth-hacking mindset.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Organizational skills that can balance multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with analytical platforms such as Google Analytics or Amplitude.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to travel to Cirkul HQ in Tampa, Florida a few times a quarter

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Compensation (including base salary) may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary compensation such as bonuses / incentives, and equity. Your Cirkul HR representative can share more specific details for a particular job location during the hiring process.

Annual Base Salary$85,000—$100,000 USD
