What you'll need:
A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of full-stack engineering, building products in a fast-paced startup environment.
Deep expertise with most of the following: TypeScript, Next.js, Vercel, Supabase, Effect, concurrent systems, modular service infrastructure, LLMs, and third-party integrations.
Ability to interface with customers and operate autonomously with high ownership.
Demonstrated experience in growing, building, and scaling the codebase of high-growth startups.

Compensation:
$125,000 - $195,000 a year
Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with experience level.
