We're looking for a Founding Engineer to:
Build and scale a category-defining product for AI customer support in large enterprises and high-growth startups.
Work closely with the founders to create generative AI agents for customer service and beyond.
Develop & push the boundaries further with cutting-edge technology that has already won over customers like Eventbrite, ClassPass, and Substack.
Thrive in a highly autonomous environment, taking ownership of product development and scaling efforts.

What you'll need:
A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering, building products in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong product sense and the ability to operate autonomously with high ownership.
Demonstrated experience in growing, building, and scaling the codebase of high-growth startups.

Compensation:
$150,000 - $190,000 a year
Compensation is salary + meaningful equity in an early stage venture backed startup commensurate with experience level.
