We are seeking a highly experienced product professional with a passion for blockchain technology to join our corporate strategy team as we attempt to navigate a complex and evolving global regulatory environment.     

About the Position

We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Product Manager with a strong engineering background. Your expertise in aligning technical capabilities with market demands, coupled with your experience in scaling products and teams, will be instrumental in achieving Fireblocks’ strategic goals. In this role you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and data analysts, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective delivery across domains.

Responsibilities 

  • Drive product development from conception to launch, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, operations and legal
  • Oversee and guide the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that align with business objectives and deliver maximum impact
  • Create and maintain the roadmap/milestones with strategic priorities in mind
  • Champion a user-centric approach in product design and development, balancing user needs with regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Deliver detailed product requirement documents and design; propose implementation plans; iterate on feedback; and ship products promptly
  • Act as a key decision-maker in defining product requirements and specifications, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and deliver tangible value to users
  • Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested
  • Analyze product performance data, create product competition analysis, market research, and maintain the product's competitive advantage

Minimum Requirements 

  • 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent
  • Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
  • Experience in shipping and iterating on software or financial products
  • Expertise in navigating complex environments and transforming challenges into scalable solutions
  • Comprehensive understanding of Crypto Custody and Wallet management
  • A demonstrated ability to make effective product prioritization decisions
  • Strong ownership with a focus on getting things done autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions and improve products
  • The ability to collaborate well with designers and engineers
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Experience in blockchain is preferred 

For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $154,000 - $203,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
