Senior Director, Product Marketing at Fireblocks

The world of digital assets is accelerating in speed, magnitude, and complexity, opening the door to new ways for leveraging the blockchain. Fireblocks’ platform and network provide the simplest and most secure way for companies to work with digital assets and it trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more. 

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an industry storyteller, inspiring team leader, and hands-on technical product marketer who is passionate about the role cryptocurrency has and will have in global financial markets. As our product marketing leader you will lead a team in the positioning of Fireblocks’ value across all market segments and go-to-market-channels.

Working cross functionally, you will drive product marketing direction that demonstrates the value of Fireblocks’ platform, network, and solutions to customers looking to build secure, scalable digital asset businesses. 

You’ll spend your time

  • Refining Fireblocks’ understanding of customer requirements, behaviours and ecosystem to identify market opportunities, and customer demand. 
  • Establishing and iterating on coherent, compelling, and consistent messaging that articulates Fireblocks’ value and competitive distinction.
  • Providing input and strategy into product roadmap and pricing.
  • Defining the team's strategy, budget, hiring and OKR's.
  • Driving a go-to-market launch strategy for new products, capabilities, and solutions with precision and effectiveness.
  • Developing and training our global sales teams with a nuanced approach to regional, segment, persona, and product use case requirements. 
  • Developing enablement content and strategy, including case studies, videos, solution briefs, web content, presentations, data sheets, whitepapers and sales playbooks that can be utilized globally
  • Uncovering new product marketing opportunities and use cases by engaging with customers, conducting market research, and tracking competitive trends.
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of blockchain and digital assets/crypto as it relates to capital markets, traditional banking & financial services, digital banking, and payments.

What You’ll Need

  • 12+ years experience in product marketing, ideally in a combination of the following industries: Fintech, cybersecurity, and SaaS. Crypto industry experience is a major plus.
  • A great writer and storyteller, that creates meaningful content aligned to our company objectives.
  • Entrepreneurial-minded, with a high sense of urgency, dedication, and a drive to succeed.
  • Willingness to roll your sleeves up, be hands-on and lead by example.
  • Excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations to cross functional partners.
  • Proven track record of successfully simplifying, elevating, and magnifying platforms in a complex ecosystem. 
  • Extensive experience driving high impact cross-functional marketing campaigns.
  • A passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies including cryptocurrency and the blockchains that power them. 
  • Must be comfortable with a continuous deployment process. 
  • Understand segmentation strategies, developing buyer personas, articulating customer pain points, and crafting client-facing messaging.
  • We’d love for you to have financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity or crypto industry experience but it is not a requirement. We have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees.
