DIRECTOR, GROWTH MARKETING - EL SEGUNDO, CA The Growth Marketing Director will play an exciting role developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new customers, increase market share, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully scaling marketing campaigns and optimizing performance across various channels. This is a full-time onsite opportunity based out of our El Segundo HQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Demand & Lead Generation - focused on multi-channel marketing efforts to grow the pipeline and conversions, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM, and play a role in helping to develop content for owned channels.
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Manage respective marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management on marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
5-6 years of managing demand & lead generation marketing
Aviation/Aerospace experience - professional or personal
CRM and Marketing Automation experience
2-3 years of leadership experience in Marketing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in aerospace start-ups/Go-To-Market strategies
Pilot or student pilot (professional or personal)
Proficiency with Salesforce & Pardot (Account Engagement)
