CNC Machine Operator at Jacuzzi Group

Join Jacuzzi Group, a global leader in the manufacturing of hot tubs, swim spas, baths, showers, saunas, and pool equipment! We are currently seeking 2 skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operators (CNC Router) to join our team in our BRAND NEW manufacturing facility in Litchfield Park, AZ. With over 65 years of experience, Jacuzzi Group is committed to delivering innovative and high-quality wellness products to our customers around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Router machines (3 and 5 Axis) to perform precision machining of parts according to specifications
- Load and unload materials into machine
- Operates one or more machine tools to produce high quality parts in an efficient manner.
- Monitor the machine operation to ensure proper functioning and make any necessary adjustments to controls.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform daily/weekly routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the machines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- 1st shift Monday- Friday , $22/hr + based on experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have 2+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC machinery (CNC Router or CNC Mill preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming is a plus
- Experience with Quality Inspections highly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as required (75lbs)
