Over the past 6 years, we've delivered more than 100 projects for clients in a variety of industries, including health & fitness, media, arts & culture, and NGOs. Responsibilities
Business Development (70%):
Prospect leads in target markets, leveraging in-house tools and external databases.
Convert leads and prospects into deals, qualifying them based on fit and potential.
Learn from the delivery team about our processes, further collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies and create proposals for clients.
Present proposals to clients, negotiate contract terms, and close deals while tracking activities in our CRM system.
Continuously improve sales processes to drive revenue growth.
Attend trade shows to generate leads and expand our client base.
Hand off projects to the delivery and financial teams, ensuring smooth implementation.
Constantly seek new opportunities for client acquisition and process enhancement.
Client Success Management (30%):
Renew ongoing agreements and enhance client engagement to drive growth.
Identify upsell opportunities and foster client satisfaction to ensure retention.
Oversee project implementation and timelines, collaborating closely with project managers.
Serve as a point of escalation for client concerns and handle scope changes effectively.
Collect positive reviews and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of client projects.
Keep marketing informed about completed projects and potential marketing opportunities.
Requirements
Desire to learn and excel in sales
Base understanding of sales cycle and business development in digital sphere
Good understanding of what web development is and digital services
Understanding of Content Management Systems (Drupal, WordPress)
Knowledge of creating sales strategies and project sales
Knowledge of RFP process/presales process
Proficiency in hybrid technology sales and consultancy skills
Excellent/native English proficiency
