PROJECT SCOPE: We are seeking an experienced compensation professional to supplement our small HR team to complete a global compensation benchmarking project for all of Azul’s functions and geographic markets, primarily focusing on the cash components of our compensation program. Using our multiple market data sources, the consultant will assemble and analyze the data from our survey sources using Excel and our compensation tool as appropriate, map our jobs to the data (most jobs already have job codes & levels), and benchmark our current compensation relative to our markets. The consultant will collaborate with Azul’s HR team and other stakeholders as needed to ensure they have a clear understanding of Azul’s environment and requirements. The consultant will use the findings to create Azul’s first salary structures and administration guidelines for each market and advise us on how we may improve our global compensation philosophy, current compensation, and practices. The consultant shall assist in identifying any areas that require attention, recommend means of improving and/or sustaining a competitive market position over time, and quantify the budget impact of any proposed actions. The consultant shall consolidate all findings and materials into a cohesive presentation for management and into a comprehensive system that Azul can use going forward, one that is easy to manage and maintain going forward. Depending on budget and completion of main priorities, may include other related duties. #LI-DNI
